Viewing activity history

Objective

This guide explains how to view the activity history in Recur to track changes and see who has been making updates within your system.

Key Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Settings

  • From the Home Screen, click the Settings (gear icon) in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2: Open Activity History

  • In the settings menu, select Activity History.

Step 3: Review System Activity

  • The Activity History page displays a log of actions taken within your account.

  • This includes information about:

    • Who made a change

    • What action was taken

    • When the change occurred

Step 4: Use the Activity Log for Troubleshooting

  • If something in your system looks different or has changed unexpectedly:

    • Check the Activity History to identify the update.

    • See which user made the change.

Cautionary Notes

  • Activity history tracks changes made within the system but may not include every possible interaction.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Use the activity log when multiple administrators manage the same account to keep track of system updates.
