  • Go to Engage.

  • Click Email.

  • Select Email Templates.

Step 2: Create a New Template

  • Enter a name for your template so you can easily find it later.

Step 3: Add Content Blocks

  • Use the content panel on the right side of the editor.

  • Click the square icon with the plus sign to view available content options.

  • Drag and drop content blocks into the email layout.

Step 4: Add an Image

  • Drag the Image block into your template.

  • Choose an image from files already uploaded to Recur.

  • Select the image you want to display in your email.

Step 5: Add an Event to the Email

  • Drag the Event block from the content panel into the template.

  • Select the event you want to highlight (for example, a webinar or upcoming event).

  • The event details will automatically populate into the email layout.

Step 6: Add Additional Content

  • Continue dragging and dropping other content blocks as needed, such as:

    • Text

    • Quotes

    • Links

    • Additional images

  • Edit each block after placing it in the template.

Step 7: Preview and Save the Template

  • Use the Preview option to see how the email will appear.

  • Click Save in the top right corner to store the template for future use.

Cautionary Notes

  • Always name your template before saving so it can be easily located later.

  • Make sure images and event content are correctly selected before sending emails.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Create reusable templates for recurring announcements or newsletters.

  • Use event blocks to automatically include event details instead of manually typing them.

  • Preview your template before sending to ensure formatting looks correct.
