Enhancements & Updates

Bulk Override Improvements

The Bulk Override feature now applies updates as expected. Please note:

  • Bulk Override does not automatically opt contacts into email communications.

  • Email opt-ins must be performed separately using the Bulk Opt-In process.

  • Processing may take some time to complete and is not instantaneous.

Event Invoice Guest Lists

Guest lists can now be displayed on event invoices when the "Display Guest List in Invoice?" setting is enabled under the Payments & Discounts tab.

Product Discount Processing

Discount coupon codes for products are now applied directly within the checkout page rather than at Stripe Checkout. This change ensures processing fees are calculated correctly after discounts are applied.

Additionally:

  • Discounts are now reflected in invoice notes.

  • Discounts are now displayed on receipts.

Registration Form Fixes

Resolved an issue where required Phone Number and Birthdate fields prevented users from advancing through registration.

Checkout Field Display Fix

Fixed an issue that caused certain checkout fields to be hidden when field names exceeded a specific length.

Membership Portal Updates

Group Management

Group Management functionality within the Membership Portal is now fully operational.

Organization Contact Management

Main Contacts for an organization can now create and add contacts directly to their organization through the Membership Portal.

If an email address entered already exists within the AMS:

  • The existing contact will automatically sync with the organization.

  • Duplicate contact creation will be avoided.

ACCET affected data fixed

The data that was impacted by a bug on recurring payments have been found and fixed.
