Objective
This guide introduces Wavy, Recur's AI assistant designed to provide real-time support and training. Wavy acts as an on-demand resource to help you navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and access the Help Center directly from your workspace.
Key Steps
Step 1: Accessing Wavy
Location: Look for the small blue circle in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This icon follows you throughout the Recur platform.
Initial Prompt: Upon logging in, a white box may automatically appear from Wavy, asking if you have any questions to get you started.
Step 2: Getting Instant Help
Ask a Question: Type your query into the text box (e.g., "How do I make an event?" or "How do I send an email sequence?").
Automated Response: Wavy will provide a quick overview or summary of the solution immediately.
Deep Dive: Click the Read Article button within the chat to be taken directly to the specific document or video in the Recur Help Center.
Step 3: Onboarding and Learning (The "Start" Tab)
The Basics: Use the Start tab to learn the fundamentals of Recur.
Guides: Click View Guide on any topic to open step-by-step instructions.
Progress Tracking: Use the Checkboxes next to each topic to keep track of which basics you have mastered. A progress bar will show how many steps you have left to complete.
Step 4: Staying Updated and Finding FAQs
New Section: Scroll through this area to see the latest platform updates and new feature releases.
Frequently Asked Questions: Click on any FAQ to get immediate answers to common administrative hurdles without needing to search the manual.
Step 5: Providing Feedback and Reporting Issues
Feedback Menu: Click on the feedback icon to:
Report a Bug: Alert the technical team to a glitch.
Request a Feature: Suggest a tool or improvement you’d like to see.
General Feedback: Let the team know how the platform is working for you.
Reviews: Click Review to leave official feedback on your experience.
Step 6: Referral Program
Refer and Earn: Click the Refer button to access information on Recur’s referral incentive.
The Reward: If you refer a new user who joins Recur, you are eligible for a $300 Amazon gift card.
Cautionary Notes
AI Training: Wavy is constantly being updated with new information. If the AI doesn't have a direct answer, use the search bar within the Help Center link it provides to find more specific documentation.
Helpfulness Rating: Always click whether a response was "Helpful" or "Not Helpful." This data is used by the Recur team to improve Wavy’s accuracy for all users.
Tips for Efficiency
Skip the Search: Instead of navigating through multiple menus to find a setting, ask Wavy for a direct link or instructions to save time.
Track Your Training: If you have new staff members joining your association, have them use the "Start" tab checkboxes to ensure they’ve completed their basic platform training.
Earn Credits: Keep the Referral program in mind; it's a quick way to earn rewards while helping other associations find a modern management solution.
